my index

my index will be converse. like a foot mark or foot print. maybe ill use the bottom of the shoe. but converse are basically all that i wear now that i spend money wisely. converse are only 40 bucks so they work for me and are awesome

pixels and outlines

so the idea of the blue print went to pixels and outlines

blueprint for a face

this was serendipitous. i might go with this for my final picture some how. but the select all brings out all the blue lines for each screenshot. and it looks pretty cool

my icon

my icon is me. but made up of pixels (screenshots) because i cant fit everything that makes me who i am in the photo. but a lot of different things make me who i am. so lets just imagine im made up of different screenshots different characteristics different traits and such.

thanks to chip the creative i was able to get a good disgusting model. the foods highlighted with black and white background. this took a day or two. but it turned out pretty damn goood

disc and back cover

they are alright. i enjoy disc art a lot, it makes it seem like they put love into the cd they just made. so i put a cool design on it.
the back is pretty simple the whole cd reminds me of an old flaming lips vintage cd. the case is kinda crummy and smudgy, the colors are super sharp or anything because its on normal paper. so when i look at it i just feel like its old. which i definitely dont mind

so instead of making the focus the explosion in the center. i made the focus the words.
i did so by just making the words bland and plain. everywhere else there is choas and an explosion. but up top its just normal. i want the listener to see that THIS IS THE FLAMING LIPS.
and then explore the explosion and title and whats happening in this album

for my album cover i did the flaming lips.
this band is crazy especially when it comes to posters, album covers, etc.
so this leaves me lots of freedom to really make something fun. but i decided to try and continue the some what saga they have with yoshimi.

this is just the first draft.i came up with it in about a half hour. so id like to try and get in there and make it look more original. like put a yellow in. or some strokes like a paint brush

6th screen

6th panel for a one day forecast. alittle cluttered but oh well. i was bored

5th screen

here is the 5th screen. it gives 5 oclock details. shows details by the half hour for the next 3 hours. sure the icons tell you what range of weather its going to be, sunny, rainy, clear, but you have to click details to get exact temperature, wind, and other deets. whaddup

4th page

this is just an extra random page, not everything is coherent yet. so somethings dont make sense. but i did this 4th page for fun. im thinking of doing a 5th that is the screen of the details for when one were to select "5:00 PM Details" on the weather page.

second cover

this is my second cover. a little bit more traditional to some other baseline covers i saw. nothing special. but i like it, its simple, looks more like a powerpoint default template.

im still thinking of stuff to do with it but my teacher helped me out with some new ideas for effects and to make it look more like something out of a dr. seuss book. thanks mr. mike mrehhhhh

the idea is very simple. just colors for this one, attract the eye. but the effects were simple too

My first shirt

the reason why the "I" is hanging off the side is because the text is supposed to wrap around the shirt. That's hard to show on a flat surface.

so i threw this up at the critique session and we decided i should try and do a second draft or something like that. So i hope my next step will be adding more invaders and a ship as if the game is actually going on. It should all be on the left side of the shirt.
